Process of Booking
1. BOOK YOUR PORTRAIT
The first step in commissioning your portrait is to reserve a spot in my schedule. To do so, a non-refundable deposit of €50 is required. This amount secures your spot and reserves a date to begin your commission (this payment will be deducted from the final price of the portrait).
Please note that by making a reservation, you are taking up a limited space in my calendar. Therefore, this amount is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Once I have received your reservation, I will contact you to discuss the details of your portrait: size, style, photographic references, deadlines, etc.
3 . REFERENCE PHOTOS
To begin your portrait, I will need you to send me photos of the subject or subjects to be portrayed. Ideally, I would like to have high-quality images from various angles, as this allows me to better capture features, expressions, and details. However, don't worry if you don't have perfect photos: I can work with what you have.
Additionally, I will need some information about the subject's character, personality, or history, as this will help me create a more meaningful and emotionally connected piece for you.
2 . EMAIL
Once the reservation has been made, I will contact you by email to discuss all the details: what type of portrait you want, size, style, photographic references, and any special requests you may have.
I will also let you know when your turn will be on the calendar and give you an estimate of how long it will take to complete your piece. This stage is key to ensuring that the final result is exactly what you are looking for.
4 . FULL PAYMENT
Once we have defined all the details of the portrait (composition, background, style, specific elements, etc.), the remaining payment for the commission will be made.
You can pay by card, PayPal, bank transfer, or Bizum, whichever is most convenient for you. Once payment has been confirmed, I will begin creating the portrait.
5 . LET'S GET TO WORK!
Once I receive the final payment, I will begin working on your portrait. At this stage, I will put all my care, technique, and artistic sensibility into transforming your photos and words into a work of art that captures the essence and personality of the subject.
This process takes time and dedication, but I will keep you informed of the progress if you wish.
6 . SHIPPING
Once your portrait is finished, I will pack it with the utmost care and security to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. I will then ship it to the address you have provided.
